A daring choice--BBQ pork loin with cornbread, andouille dressing and broccoli au gratin. I'm thrilled--something traditional and NOT boring chicken. It's delicious!

    You're in the SOUTH, hon! Naturally, the food is going to be exquisite. New Orleans prides itself on its cuisine, which is a mix of a lot of cultures.
