Fashionably Suited Ru Yi

My favorite JAMIEshow girl, Ru Yi, gets to model Fashionably Suited, a new fashion made by Integrity Toys for Poppy Parker Fashion Teen. It's quite cute and retro.

I love the fabric used for the suit--it's a nice heavy weight, but not too bulky. It fits her very well, too. Underneath the suit, she's wearing a satin navy shell. The necklace broke before I even got a chance to put it on, unfortunately, but it's still wearable, and I can probably fix it. The purse feels Chanel-inspired--in fact, the entire look feels sort of classic Chanel to me.

There are also navy gloves included with the outfit, not shown here. They'd add a lot, but also for a lot of effort, which I didn't care to put into this photo shoot.

New JAMIEshow dolls: Madrid Fashion Doll Convention exclusives

From the Madrid Fashion Doll Convention, there are several exclusive dolls available from JAMIEshow. The first, shown above, is a new 16" doll Sofia, in the Sasha skin tone, designed especially for the convention. She is a limited edition of only 50 dolls and retails for $475. A few dolls are available to ship on September 29, and the rest will ship in the beginning of October.

La Dolce Vita is dressed in a red carpet ready glittering black gown with stole, patent pumps, diamond hoop earrings and matching necklace, and miniature Oscar.

The second doll is the first dressed exclusive in the Demi Couture collection, on Millia De Oro. The doll is a 12" Grace, limited to only 25 worldwide, retailing for $375. She will ship next week.

Grace is dressed in a peach and lavender gown designed by Paco Alcaida, eminent fashion doll designer. She wears matching shoes, and a blonde chignon wig cap.

The other dolls in the Demi Couture collection should be arriving next week as well--hooray!

Two new dolls from JAMIEshow: Violet Waters and Madra Lord

Coming soon from JAMIEshow... It's Madra Lord and Violet Waters, two new additions to the Gene Marshall line, produced in collaboration with Mel Odom.

Both dolls go on sale tonight, April 4, 2014, at 6 PM EST, and they will be posted at this link. The edition sizes of the dolls are as follows:

Madra Lord, Spotted in Manhattan - 150
Violet Waters, Satin Doll - 50

The prices are $525 for each dressed doll. Payment options are available for you as well. You may pay in full, pay 30% down (the rest on delivery), or pay 50% down (the rest at delivery). Expected ship dates are in mid April and mid May, in two shipments, with orders that have paid in full to ship first.

JAMIEshow recommends that you sign up and register with the site in advance, if you're interested in ordering a doll. If you're already registered, double-check your shipping and billing information for ease of checkout. This should help the ordering process run more smoothly, and you can log in to the site in advance.

Oh man, I just adore Violet! I've been coveting Gene for ages, and I'm not sure I'll be able to resist. However--they go on sale during my son's high school pick up time, so I'll have to run home and see if she's still available. It will probably be in my best interest if she's sold out, LOL!

Ru Yi

Here is a quick shot of JAMIEshow Ru Yi, a 16" fashion resin doll, who has been redressed in Tonner fashion Classic Elegance (Sydney Chase), wig from an Anne Harper outfit, and headpiece from Precarious Wild Bird.

Ru Yi is one of my favorite dolls who just doesn't get enough time in front f the camera, but I love how she poses. Plus, her resin simply glows.

I think her unique face is just charming, too--sassy ans sweet at the same time.
