Kitty Korner - Francie repro has arrived!

Kitty Korner, the newest reproduction Francie Silkstone giftset, created by Mattel, has arrived. I think she's quite adorable.

She has platinum hair, applied eyelashes, and blue eyes. She comes wearing a sleeveless shift trapeze dress in brown, sky blue and white, knee-high lace stockings, and grey t-straps. She also includes gold hoop earrings and a pet kitty. Her second outfits includes a printed chiffon shortie night set, long yellow robe, pink "Francie" hanger, brush, "Francie" diary, blue closed-toe shoes, and a blue stuffed kitty.

Attention, Barbie 2012 attendees: Passport to Pink gift sets, designed by Bill Greening, are shipping!

You can check out the status of your shipment on BarbieCollector.com. Here's how:

• Sign in, and then click under the Hello, [Guest] drop down menu at the top menu bar.
• Select Order Status from the menu.
• Your latest order should be added--mine was shipped August 29. 
• Click on the pink order number for details.
• To track the order, go back to the previous screen, and click on Track my order. 

Orders should be arriving soon--my gift set is scheduled to arrive on September 7. Hooray!

Fuchsia 'n Fur Francie from Barbie Fan Club

Coming for Barbie Fan Club members beginning August 15, 2012 at 9 AM, you can order Fuchsia 'n Fur Francie only through Barbie Collector.com.

No more than 4000 dolls will be produced of this Gold Label Silkstone doll. Her retail price is $74.95, and she was designed by Robert Best.

She comes to you dressed in faux fur pink coat with black vinyl trim, over a sleeveless drop waist mini dress. Her accessories include patterned tights, black boots, a chain handle tote, and gold daisy charm bracelet.

This doll will only be available to BFC Members. It's not too late to join the club!

Let's Play Barbie outfits and dolls, available separately from Joe's List!

Do you love the new reproduction line of Let's Play Barbie dolls, but rather not have the entire set? Do you need a couple of extra dolls to display the outfits? If you'd rather not deal with reselling your extras, Joe's List has the solution for you.

Currently, the blonde, brunette and redhead ponytail dolls are all in stock at $99 per doll. The first fashion,  a reproduction of Garden Party, is also available separately for $69. You'll be able to buy the other fashions separately as well, also for $69 per fashion, and they are currently available for preorder.

While the combined price of $175 from BarbieCollector.com might be a better deal for the entire set, this is a simple way to pick up some extras at a reasonable price. Joe will always give you great service, too!

I should mention--I saw the Garden Party fashion at our doll meet last weekend, and wow! It's really well put together. I have to confess I was sorely tempted, even though I "don't collect reproduction." (Sure, just keep telling yourself that, Alison.)

Additionally, if you have any of the new FR:16 or Poppy Parker Teen Models on order, check out the extensive collection of $29.99 sale Gene fashions. From my experience, Spring Kissed (FR:16) fits Gene fashions just about perfectly, except that Spring Kissed is just a little taller. Poppy is supposed to be a little shorter, so these might be perfect!
