Another wonderful find for me from Barbie Convention, and also by Arnaldo, is this gorgeous restyled Malibu PJ. If she only had a flip... this is what she'd look like!

Steffie of the Day: Malibu PJ OOAK

It's been a while, but yes, I still love Steffie. This lovely one-of-a-kind treasure was a find from the latest Barbie Convention, and was created by Arnaldo's Creations. She is a former Malibu PJ.

I think she's simply adorable with pigtails curled to the front.

Steffie of the Day: Sun Lovin' Malibu PJ

From 1978, this lovely variation is a harder to find version of the original. She is also manufactured in the Philippines. But she differs in the following ways:

First, her bent Superstar style arms--most Malibu dolls have straight arms.
Second, her legs are a soft rubbery plastic instead of hard plastic. (They still don't bend at the knee, however.)
Third, her facial screening is a little darker around the eye lids and brows.

Steffie of the day: Free Moving PJ

From 1975, I believe, this is a better example of Free Moving PJ. I just found out that not only is her facial screening similar to Partytime Barbie, but it's identical to Deluxe Quick Curl PJ. I think a group shot will be in the works soon.

This lovely lady has amazing hair, and she's got a fully functioning Free Moving Body. It's pretty cool. And she is gorgeous!
