A daring choice--BBQ pork loin with cornbread, andouille dressing and broccoli au gratin. I'm thrilled--something traditional and NOT boring chicken. It's delicious!


  1. You're in the SOUTH, hon! Naturally, the food is going to be exquisite. New Orleans prides itself on its cuisine, which is a mix of a lot of cultures.

  2. We'll just say it won't be my luggage that will be overweight on my return trip! ;)
