Emepris Doll: New OOAK resin beauty available now

Miss V is available from Emperis Doll for £750 plus shipping. She wears a pretty handmade haute couture dress with sequin flowers, attached buckle. Her wig is hand-dyed pink, and is adorned with a lovely floral headband.

New JAMIEshow dolls: Madrid Fashion Doll Convention exclusives

From the Madrid Fashion Doll Convention, there are several exclusive dolls available from JAMIEshow. The first, shown above, is a new 16" doll Sofia, in the Sasha skin tone, designed especially for the convention. She is a limited edition of only 50 dolls and retails for $475. A few dolls are available to ship on September 29, and the rest will ship in the beginning of October.

La Dolce Vita is dressed in a red carpet ready glittering black gown with stole, patent pumps, diamond hoop earrings and matching necklace, and miniature Oscar.

The second doll is the first dressed exclusive in the Demi Couture collection, on Millia De Oro. The doll is a 12" Grace, limited to only 25 worldwide, retailing for $375. She will ship next week.

Grace is dressed in a peach and lavender gown designed by Paco Alcaida, eminent fashion doll designer. She wears matching shoes, and a blonde chignon wig cap.

The other dolls in the Demi Couture collection should be arriving next week as well--hooray!

Tonner's Avatar collection

Wowee! It's finally here--Tonner's Avatar collection. Surprisingly (to me, at least--where have I been?) the dolls stand at about 22" and are ball-jointed resin.

Only 20 sets are currently available for shipping before Christmas. The remaining 130 dolls will ship in January. The cost is $1500 for the set--which, considering the dolls are hand-painted and blue BJDs, is quite reasonable.

The dolls have painted eyes and wigged hair, and include resin knives for accessories. I find them quite enchanting! Bravo!

Havana Nights Ling Lan

I've finally had a moment to take a few photos of Havana Nights Ling Lan, now available as a basic. She is more sophisticated and elegant, and slightly more mature than Flying Dragon.

Like other JAMIEshow dolls, her resin glows under the camera. She poses like a dream, too.

This is Ultimate Basic Sydney Chase, dressed in a Tudor-inspired historical fashion by Jennygrey. The outfit is made from silk and chiffon.

Sydney has had a face-up by Beesou of Overnight Flight, and she's super soft and natural. She's wearing one of her original red wigs.

Ultimate Glamour BJD Ashleigh (a Two Daydreamers exclusive) is dressed in New York Night Cami's fashion, and her own shoes and hose. The wig is mohair, and belongs to one of my BJDs. I think it originally came from Peak's Woods.

I snapped a few photos of another one of my favorite fashion resin dolls, Ultimate Glamour Ashleigh by Tonner Doll Company. She's dressed in the Precarious fashion Swingtime, and wearing a soft Tibetan lamb wig, which I probably should have styled before taking the photo.

Ultimate Basic Sydney

Tonner Doll has created a few resin fashion BJDs, including this love inset-eye Ultimate Basic Sydney.

Mine has had a new face-up by Beesou of Overnight Flight, and she is much softer now. Her lips are originally painted quite brightly.

I think Tonner's resin is just a lovely shade--and so gorgeous. I can't wait till Tonner's convention this year--I'm hoping for a resin Daphne!

Gorgeous new dolls and accessories from JAMIEshow

Gorgeous new JAMIEshow items have been added to Angelic Dreamz website, just in time for the holidays. Shown above, the lovely Ginny sculpt makes an appearance as Revelry, a dressed doll in  gorgeous red silk designed by Madeline Rose Couture and red shoes. She includes a red rooted bee hive head cap. She's limited to 50 pieces, $475, with a delivery date for December.

Angelic Dreamz exclusive JAMIEshow Deneuve has just returned from the spa at OOAK Zoo, and James has given her a wonderful makeover.

Here, she is dressed in Madame de l'Amour by Tonner Doll Company and the wig from the Rose of Versailles outfit.

As you might have guessed, the lady wants for nothing--except perhaps for a new pair of shoes.

Spring Kissed Ashleigh

IT Girl Raja gets a makeover

It Girl Raja is a recent acquisition for me, and a trade (really a great trade from Em at the Toy Box Philosopher!), and I've just received her back today after a really fantastic makeover.

My instructions to James were--whatever you like.

His inspiration was Barbie--and she's now a sunkissed goddess. Simply fabulous!

Abbe Lane Superdoll exclusive from Marl & B

Save the date - tomorrow, September 1, at noon EST, Wolf Whistles will go on sale at Marl & B. This doll is an exclusive to Marl & B, and the first in the Abbe Lane collection from Superdoll.

She is a Ruby clone, #1102 (closed mouth sculpt) or #1103 (open mouth sculpt), in a sun-kissed skin tone. She includes a side parted red updo wig, leopard corset swimsuit, chiffon wrap, and leopard printed stilettos.

Also included are the beach bag and doll stand. Dolls are limited to 50 pieces each. From the production photos, it looks like sunglasses and earrings are also included, but that isn't actually stated. I don't have pricing for the doll yet, either. She sure is lovely!

Ellowyne, Totally Refined, is now available for order from Wilde Imagination. She is the new resin fashion BJD from Wilde Imagination, and I'm thrilled to see her applied eyelashes. She is limited to 150 dolls (only one per collector), retail $450, and includes changeable teal acrylic eyes, a reg wig, and a rose lingerie outfit, panties, stockings, corset, and gold shoes. Flying Dragon Ling Lan - JAMIEshow exclusive from Haute Doll

Angelic Dreamz announced the arrival of "Flying Dragon" Ling Lan, a new sculpt JAMIEshow on a new generation body, exclusive to Haute Doll magazine on Facebook yesterday. She is gorgeous!

Inspired by Guo Pei's "Flying Dragon" couture wedding gown, Ling Lan's gown is actually a hand beaded in Guo Pei's studio. The skirt is layers (and layers) of silk tulle, with golden laser cut dragons on either side of her bodice.

The jewelry accessories included are really stunning--a rhinestone beaded tiara, lovely beaded drop earrings, and a fantastic gold dragon ring with dripping golden chain. And her crystal shoes--they deserve their own place in my cabinet, of course. So adorable!

She includes a fantastic dark wig cap as well as a full plate head cap to allow her to wear size 5 wigs. JAMIEshow dolls are created with a non-toxic resin called J-Resin, which is slightly opalescent. Her new hand style allows them to be interchanged simply by snapping them on and off at the wrist.

Believe in the Power of Play - this is one of my two entries for the Tonner Convention photography competition. The title: Heavenly.
