Cami & Jon™ by Tonner Doll - Made to Order

This morning was the grand unveiling of Cami & Jon™, Tonner's new line of dolls featuring the Antoinette body. Cami is a Cinderella head planted on the Antoinette body--somehow her neck looks a little better, and her sculpt looks a bit more realistic (probably because of her make-up style). Jon is short for Jonquil, and she will have the honey skin tone and brown eyes (no news on what her head sculpt will be, however).

Her wardrobe is amazing, even I must admit. No dressed dolls are available--only basics. One Jonquil, and three Camis (all Cameo skin tone with green eyes, with brunette, blonde or red hair) and all retail for $79.99.

Now, on to edition sizes. This line is Tonner's first line which will be "made to order." That means, these dolls have not yet been produced, and they won't be, until Tonner has orders from retailers. As soon as retailers place their orders, then Tonner will make the production run. That way, only retailers will be left with extra inventory. Hmm. That's an interesting concept. (Ooops, did I just gripe on my blog?)

On to the outfits. There are eight of them, plus one accessories pack, and photos aren't yet available for all the outfits. I hope Tonner isn't expecting dealers to rush to place orders before they have even seen the outfits. (Shoot, I just griped again.) The prices range from $79.99-99.99 (comparable to Antoinette). And they really are current fashion and lovely.

This being said--I am not a fan of the Cinderella sculpt. I think she usually looks cartoony. But I kind of like Cami. Especially the brunette version (her smokey eyes). And I adore the fashions. Plus, my ball-jointed doll Lan can share fashions with Antoinette, and I may need to order at least one of these.

Please pardon me--I make an effort to keep this blog as positive as possible, but I find this made-to-order thing a little irritating. If I were a doll company, I would try to do everything in my power to keep my working relationship with my dealers friendly. And truthfully, I have to admit, I didn't see any Tonner Exclusives advertised in the 2010 line. So that's a good thing.

As a customer, who has recently switched over to cash only, this made-to-order irritates me, too. This means I will need to rely on pre-orders if I want one of these dolls, and that means I have to rely on a Tonner promotional photo to decide whether I want a doll or outfit. However, I understand also that the dolls and outfits may be more limited, so perhaps that will be something to consider. Maybe I can resell the doll or outfit if I don't like her later on: there may be some demand for them--for other collectors who see real-life photos and wish they had pre-ordered. It remains to be seen.

Simply Alice - Real Life Photo

Of course, I have to post a real photo of Kim Lasher's first SD-sized resin BJD when she's live on Kim's website. I believe some dealers still have her available.
If you are in the Orlando area this weekend, Kim is displaying at IDEX this weekend, at booth #702. She's giving away a ball-jointed doll in a free drawing, and she will have a few "little surprises" at the show, whatever that might mean!
Again, for those of you new to Kim Lasher and her wonderful ball-jointed dolls, here are the details for Alice:
She stands 23 inches tall, and she's a limited edition of 125 pieces. She has a beautiful sandy-blonde wig. She'll have silicon blue eyes and a blue cotton dress with a corset tie up the back, crochet lace trim, chiffon sleeves and flower embroidery at the bottom of her skirt. She'll come to you wearing black and white striped tights with white patent leather shoes.

New AvantGuards

Available for pre-order from your favorite Integrity Toys dealer, two new AvantGuards have been announced. Both retail for $220 each, with a March/April delivery date:

  • On Edge is wearing a short, sleeveless black dress with a cross-over front, complete with an over-the-top hot pink feathered cape that closes in the front with a satin bow. She has a raven bobbed wig,  blue runway style eye makeup, black mesh gloves, chunky black jewelry, and black platform shoes with floral embellishment that complete her look.
  • Hot To Trot is wearing a couture black gown with a long black train, with bright orange feathers peeking out from the front of the skirt. Her flaming bobbed wig compliments her bright run-way style makeup, and she also is wearing black gloves, chunky earrings, and amazing skyscraper platforms.
Photos are property of Integrity Toys.

Butterfly Shadow Gene

Designed for the Ashton-Drake Galleries as her final appearance, Butterfly Shadow Gene will be the farewell doll for her retirement and for Ashton-Drake's 25th Anniversary.

Her retail price is $199.99. She has a raven up-do and trimmed with pink roses, which are also flowing onto her black and white couture evening gown, the fabric of which has been hand-printed. The bodice has long sleeves, and the skirt is full and has a layer of chiffon over the top.

This doll will be the last Gene doll to debut outside the final convention collection.

Tonner Doll Mainline Release 2010

Visit the Tonner Doll website for full details on the dolls. Visit your favorite doll dealer to pre-order or order these dolls. All photos property of Tonner Doll Company.

Several exciting new lines have been announced, but no promotional dolls photos are yet available:

  • Lord of the Rings: Arwen Eventstar $144.99 and Strider, Ranger of the North $149.99 (both LE1500) have been announced, but both doll images are pending licensor and actor approval. Ranger uses Matt's body, and Arwen uses Tyler's with convertible feet.
  • Tim Burton's Alice in Wonderland: Yikes--there's a doll photo posted! Alice Kingsley, 16" small bust Tyler, $149.99, LE1000. I love her--check out her shoes--could they be... Fluevogs??? Then, waiting on approval are Tarrant, the Mad Hatter ($224.99, Matt body with green eyes and pale skin), Iracebeth, the Red Queen ($199.99 Tyler body with blue eyes and pale skin) and Mirana, the White Queen ($189.99 tyler body and pale skin). They've already done an Anne Hathaway sculpt, so it shouldn't be too long, I hope.
  • Disney Princesses: Cinderella and Princess Tiana are on the horizon (15" teen bodies, $199.99). And Jessica Rabbit ($149.99) is her fabulous self in a 17" athletic body. All are limited edition 1000.
  • Cami & Jon - won't be available till after the breakfast at noon Sunday!
  • Tonner Wardrobe Collection - a new collection for 17" athletic body dolls and 18" male bodies.
Then, adding to the existing lines:

  • DC Stars has added Power Girl Deluxe ($189.99) and Harley Quinn Deluxe ($199.99). Both are limited editions of 500, and I think they may both be new face sculpts.
  • Effanbee Centennial Celebration - Centennial Rose Patsy, LE300 $124.99 and Patsyette $79.99.
  • DeeAnna Denton - Basic Platinum ($99.99), Cristal dressed doll ($219.99), Falling for Her doll ($194.99) and three new outfits (I love Minty Fresh!)
  • Ava Gardner - Black Magic dressed doll, LE300 $179.99
  • Bette Davis - Sealing the Deal dressed doll, LE500 $189.99
  • Monica Merrill - Fun new collection, including "It" Girl $179.99, Flipped Out $179.99, On the Fringe $179.99 dressed dolls (LE 500) and That's All She Wrote $89.99 outfit.
  • Antoinette: Two new basic Antoinettes (Glowing Muse) $114.99. Willful and Vivacious dressed dolls, and several new outfits and shoes.
  • Gone with the Wind: Two new dressed Scarlett dolls (one will be a 22" American Model), plus a new 8" Betsy McCall.
  • Agnes Dreary: In addition to the Sister, Agnes and Viktor dolls announced in the preview, Brother Dreary is a brand new character in the line, with the Jeremy Voss face sculpt and raven hair, $169.99, LE300
  • Tyler Wentworth: Basic Black Mei Li makes a second appearance for $79.99 (this time, in an edition of 1000). Plus, a gorgeous red-haired 1.0 Tyler Sterling Nights (I love her) $199.99 (LE500) and Power Play Sydney (blonde with green eyes) $189.88 (LE500).
  • Wizard of Oz - 8" Dorothy Gale (Betsy McCall body) for $59.99 LE1000
  • Fashion Zombies (ReImagination): Decay & Decadence and Dance of Death, $209.99 LE500. Sculpts are listed, but both of these ladies look familiar.
  • Sinister Circus - Oh wow. There are a lot of new, really weird dolls. Very weird. I love Keiko. Go check them out.
  • Devereaux Sisters - Backstage Invitation, a gorgeous brunette Renée Devereaux whom I hope I will be able to resist, $189.99 LE300.

Fantastic Mr. Fox

Fantastic Mr. Fox, originally uploaded by alington.
My second ever face-up attempt--please be kind!--is on a DollZone Fox 16 cm limited with yellow skintone. I am fairly happy with how he turned out, and I think I'm ready to seal him with my next shipment of Mr. Superclear.

He's wearing a new set of blue acrylic eyes, too. He's only 16cm tall. So cute!

Mr. Fox is my very first boy doll (really!) and my first anthro. I think he's both a little bit freaky and cool at the same time--and I loved doing his face-up. It was so much fun!

See before photos here, and some more after photos on my Flickr photostream as well.

Julia as Stacy

Julia as Stacy, originally uploaded by alington.
This is a resin Goodreau ball-jointed doll Julia, who has been redressed and styled as my friend Stacy, who got married in December.

My friend Jen Eugley made the gown, gloves and jewelry, according to Stacy's wedding dress (from David's bridal). She made the "embroidery" on the bodice with a sparkly fabric pen.

I had the bouquet commissioned by Erika from Canada, who has an store on Ebay for floral and other miniatures. It looks just like her original bouquet.

The wig is by Monique Gold (Roxie in burgundy), and Julia is wearing Glib acrylic eyes in deep brown.

We presented her with the doll on Sunday, and Stacy was thrilled. It was so much fun! You can see more photos, including full-size ones of the gown, and the grommet lacing detail of the back, on my Flickr photostream.

Melin in Lynea

Melin in Lynea, originally uploaded by alington.
I think I let the day go by without posting to either of my blogs. Oh dear!

At any rate, this is one of the photos I took today of Melin. I've been trying her out with different wigs, at the suggestion of a comment on one of my Flickr photos. I love her with longer hair, actually. She's really got a great face-up, and an adorable face--and her mouth and chin sculpt so nice, you hardly see it with her bobbed hair.

This is a DollHeart wig, Lynea in Sunstreaked. It's a YoSD size, just a bit too snug. But the MSD size is too large. I think I'd stick with this smaller size for her.

See more photos from this set on my Flickr photostream.

Signature Style Tyler (Black And White)

A classy gal for a classy Sunday photo post - this is a black and white version of a color shot I took some time ago: Tyler Wentworth Tenth Anniversary by Tonner Dolls, all original.

She's a brunette with brown eyes, and her outfit is a close replica of the doll that started it all for the 16" doll line, only with a bit more glamour. Instead of a cotton blouse and skirt, Tyler is sporting a taffeta blouse with rhinestone buttons, and her skirt is actually sequined with black mesh overlay.

You can see more photos (and color shots) on my Flickr photostream. Hope you're having a lovely weekend.

Morphoa in red and black

Morphoa in red and black, originally uploaded by alington.
Morphoa, a full-set DollZone Asian ball-jointed doll, SD-size, redressed in assorted clothing by DollHeart and shoes by ImplDoll. I've modified her to DollZone high heel feet. Wig by Peak's Woods. She's wearing her own red glass eyes.

She can stand with her legs crossed (and in heels) because she's sueded with microsuede (the artificial kind by Dr. Scholls). So fun!

I think she's sad because she'd like to go and and play.

See the rest of the photo shoot on Flickr.

Sky in white

Sky in white, originally uploaded by alington.
Resin SD ball-jointed doll, Peak's Woods Sky, wearing a wig by Leeke, and assorted clothing by DollHeart. Shoes also by DollHeart.

She's thinking she'd like to go out and play. It almost never rains in San Diego, and the last few days (and the next two), we're supposed to have more than we had all of last year. I'm using it as a photo op--so please pardon my rainy-day photos!

See the rest of Sky's photos on Flickr.

Goldie as Alice

Goldie as Alice, originally uploaded by alington.
My Peak's Woods Goldie gets to try on the Alice Fantasy outfit for an upcoming BJD meet. I think she'll get to go as Alice. It suits her very well.

The wig is also by DollHeart and is called Lynea (the color is Sunstreaked).

Goldie and Sky are some of my favorite girls to photograph, though their bodies aren't very easy to pose, even after sueding. I've heard some collectors rebody them into more posable bodies, but I'm not sure I'd want to bother--especially not after all the work I've done blushing Sky.

You can check out the other photos in this set on my Flickr photostream.

Kerli - "Walking On Air"

Kerli - "Walking On Air"

Check out the ball-jointed doll in this video by Kerli. The doll has a face-up done by Pepstar, and the doll is a Doll In Mind Flora, according to this article by BJD Collectasy.

Plus, I heard (through the rumor mill only) that Paulette Goodreau may have an opportunity to provide some dolls for an upcoming Alice-themed video for this same musician. I would love to see Goodreau boys and girls on MTV!

Chris and Kai

Chris and Kai, originally uploaded by alington.
ImplDoll Christopher has been blushed and sueded, and now she's made friends with an equally crabby fairy, Elfdoll Kai. Chris stands at 25 inches (63.5 cm), and Kai is only 5.5 inches (14 cm), so they make an interesting pair. A devil on her shoulder or an angel whispering in her ear? You decide.

Chris is wearing the black pieces from DollHeart's Love 'n the Ice outfit, an a brown and purple JRock wig by Monique Gold. Kai is dressed in her original full-set outfit and wig.

You can see more of this photo shoot on my Flickr photostream.

Fairies at Tea

Fairies at Tea, originally uploaded by alington.
Kai and Olivia are again working out their differences over a cup of tea.

My crabby little fairies are two Elfdoll tinies (resin ball-jointed dolls), and stand 14 cm (about 5.5") in height. Tea set is by Rement.

Blog post is the brain child of Wanda Lee of The Plumed Pen. Pop over and see her lovely, creative blog when you get a chance!

Whisper as OOAK Alice

Whisper as OOAK Alice, originally uploaded by alington.
This is Goodreau Whisper, dressed in a one-of-a-kind outfit created by Jen Eugley for my birthday, as a Dark Alice. I really love how the outfit came out.

Jen used cotton fabrics for the strapless zip-up strapless dress, which is made from patchwork denim. The apron is black tulle with cream cotton eyelet and black ribbon trim. The fingerless gloves are made (with a thumbhole) out of gray rib knit. The hat is a tulle piece with pearl trim, and she even made matching ballet shoes with pearl trim. And Alice even gets her own pocket watch, created from a charm.

You can see Jen's Etsy store for more OOAK fashions for dolls.

My model is the lovely Goodreau Doll resin Whisper (about MSD sized--17"), wearing a Goodreau tapered auburn wig. See the rest of her photoshoot on Flickr.

ImplDoll Chris

ImplDoll Chris, originally uploaded by alington.
Oh my goodness. I'm absolutely smitten!

White skin ImplDoll Christopher (she's female) arrived today. ImplDoll is a new BJD company from China. Chris, as I am calling her, is my very first elf. She is an SD size--but very tall. She's a whopping 63.5 cm (25 inches), and taller and more realistically proportioned in the face than my other girls (Peak's Woods and Dollzone).

She has a factory face-up. It's simple, but very nice. I think the purple lips are perfect for a fantasy character. Her sleepy eyes make her look like she's looking down or away, giving her a haughty, judgmental look. She also has great cheekbones.

Her elbows are double-jointed, which makes it easy for her to touch her face. But her knees are not, so she stands easily. It's actually not a bad combination, since you get some nice looking knee joints.

I picked up a wig at the same time by Monique Gold, JRock in brown and purple, which happens to match her face-up and eyes perfectly. I don't know if her eyes vary, but they are glass, I believe, and a bit hard to photograph. They are brown/purple.

She's dressed in only the black pieces of DollHeart's Love 'n the Ice outfit. Strangely, the shoes I ordered are high heels (by ImplDoll), and I could not fit her feet into them. Maybe there is a trick, or a second set of high heel feet?

Her resin is a bit shiny, though--my one and only complaint. But that is easily fixed. (Not on her face--only her body.) I'll have to do my Magic Eraser trick when I add blushing to her body. She also needs a proper fairy outfit, too, I think.

Check out some other photos on my Flickr photostream. I'll hopefully be taking some more today.

Lan in Tyler Wentworth

Lan in Tyler Wentworth, originally uploaded by alington.
Here's my blushed Bobobie Lan, a 16" resin BJD, dressed in Tyler Wentworth's 10th Anniversary outfit (by Tonner Doll Company). I recently discovered that these dolls can share clothes with Tyler. As you can see from this photo (and the others in this set), they fit pretty well. They are just a little big in the bust and hips, but it's not really bad. (I'll try another set with Antoinette clothes later.)

Lan is wearing shoes for a Tonner 22" American Model. They are a bit too small, but it's all I've got for her at the moment. I wouldn't recommend you rush out and buy them for all your Bobobies, but if you have them on hand, give them a try.

Tonner doll photos

If you're a Tonner Doll fanatic, you might want to check out my collection of photos. You can see my Slideshow here, or you can visit my photostream at your own pace. Feel free to make me a contact and leave me a comment!

Just a note: Not all of these dolls are in my collection anymore, but they were at one time! I'm not quite that big of a doll fanatic. It's fun go back and remember all the lovelies who have graced my collection at one point or another.

Tuesday Tea for Two

Harmoni and Uniti, originally uploaded by alington.
Harmoni, (on the left) dressed as a rather dark Alice, and Uniti, as the March Hare, are settling down for some afternoon tea.

Both girls are resin ball-jointed dolls by Berdine Creedy, and stand about 12.75" tall. Harmoni is wearing Dressed Up Alice, also by Berdine Creedy. Uniti is actually not the original Uniti doll, but a Mod Alice version, who has been repainted, re-wigged and is dressed in a combination of clothes, most of which are by Michele Hardy. Both wigs are by Monique Gold.

The tea set is by Rement, and the tray of goodies is from a Tiny Kitty Christmas hat box set by Tonner Doll Company.

This Tuesday Tea for Two post is inspired by Silk Purse of The Plumed Pen. Pop on over to her site and check out all the wonderful photos.

You can play, too--all you have to do is post a comment on her website, and let her know you'll be playing. Then, post a link back to her site on your blog entry, and she'll post a screen shot of your blog on her entry as well. If you've missed this week, you can either play next week, or Wednesday at Silken Purse, Wednesday Tea for Me and Thee.

Amy in Christmas Melody

Amy in Christmas Melody, originally uploaded by alington.
This is an outfit called Christmas Melody by DollHeart I ordered for my Lady Bee doll (a Peak's Woods MSD doll) who is still on order. But the outfit, wig and boots (all by DollHeart) arrived early. So of course, we have to try it on. Amy (SoulDoll SoulKid MSD) is my model.

The outfit includes a blouse, shorts, a brooch, a hat, plus (not shown here) stockings and armbands. I've got my model wearing other (better fitting) socks. The wig and boots are just a bit big.

I was thinking Amy would remain a redhead, but I like her as a golden blonde, too. You can see more photos on my Flickr photostream. Enjoy!

Simple Pleasures

Simple Pleasures, originally uploaded by Renee Fab.
Please check out Renee Fab's work on Flickr. I came across her wonderful repainted dolls and absolutely stunning historical outfits for Tonner 16", 19" and 22" American Models while browsing online.

I was so inspired, in fact, that I was persuaded to start a new group called Historical Dolls, which Renee Fab was gracious enough to join.

Check out her amazing photostream for more wonderful photos of historical and contemporary OOAK couture doll costumes, then head on over to my new group, Historical Dolls, and leave comments.

Do you have a Flickr account? If so, and you have dolls that are dressed in historical costumes (these can be from any era!), please submit them to my new group. I welcome all submissions.

DOLLS Digital Edition February 2010

Ack! A real life photo of Simply Alice, Kim Lasher's new SD-sized BJD. I love, love, love her! She has freckles! There are still some available to order from Kim Lasher dealers. Check with Happily Ever After. Isn't she cute? I hope this link works--it should take you to page 2-3 in Dolls Magazine, February 2010 digital edition.

Check out the adorable new outfit and Zoey, Goodreau's newest 17" doll, too, on the opposite page. So pretty!

DOLLS Digital Edition February 2010

ImplDoll exclusive at Denver Doll

Denver Doll is carrying two exclusive ImplDoll BJDs, which are available for ordering now. These new inexpensive dolls are getting a lot of hype both for their good quality and affordable prices.

These two dolls are Euguene (male) and Ember (female) and are called the Fantasy Twins. They are the first ImplDolls with magnetic ears. They include three sets: animal (donkey), elf and human ears.

The male stands at an impressive 64 cm (about 25.25") and the female at 63.5 cm tall (about 25"). Both are available as white skin dolls only. And it appears the face-up is included. The price is a surprisingly reasonable $350.

New McQueen exclusive doll from DollHeart and JollyPlus

Now available for pre-order, McQueen is the newest exclusive collaboration from JollyPlus and DollHeart. She's in SD13 size, and is crafted from Japanes resin. She's a limited edition of just 40 dolls, and will ship in March of 2010. Her suggested retail price is $635, and she includes:

  • a completed doll
  • limited edition make-up
  • one pair of 18 mm eyes (random color)
  • limited edition dress set (random color) -- it looks like there is some jewelry included with the set
  • black shoes (LS-559) - oh, those are cute!
  • box

Surprisingly, her wig is not included, but you can order it. It looks like LW-217 to me, and it's $29.90. You can order her from Boutique Doll (I kind of wish I hadn't just spent my Christmas money, because I love the way her joints look!) or from your favorite DollHeart dealer. At least go look at her. She's so pretty!

Simply Alice...

The Toy Shoppe features another sketch of Kim Lasher's new SD-sized BJD, Simply Alice. I think I love her! Her little face is so sad!

Her wig will be blonde mohair, and she will have glass blue eyes. Her dress will be made of blue cotton, and she'll be wearing black and white striped tights with black patent leather shoes. Plus she'll have a key necklace.

And she's 23 inches tall. I just love her! I can't wait to see real photos. They should be available after IDEX (the last week in January).

Inroducing Cami & Jon™...

Tonner Doll Company will be unveiling Cami & Jon™, the newest collection of fashion dolls in the 2010 line at IDEX this month. You can register for the event (by January 22, 2010) for $85, and be the first to receive the first doll from the line. The program will be held on Sunday, January 31, 2010 at 8:30 AM.

Cost for the breakfast, program presented by Robert Tonner and the event souvenir doll from the debut collection is included in the registration, in addition to eligibility to receive door prizes. The Tonner newsletter regarding this line featured only one hint:
"We can only reveal one secret about this brand new doll...  She features the same body as Antoinette™."

Tuesday Tea for Two

Melin and Kai, originally uploaded by alington.
It's time for tea, and Melin found something in her cup. It's Kai, who is none too happy. Again, nothing seems to make Kai very happy! We do what we can around here. See the rest of the photos here.

The dolls are: Elfdoll Kai, who is 14 cm (5.5 inches), dressed in a gown by Clochette of Pixiedust Designs and Melin (full set) by Dollzone, who is 45 cm (17.75 inches).

This post is the brain child of Wanda Lee of the Plumed Pen, who hosts these online Tea for Two tea parties every Tuesday. You can participate, too. Visit her website for details!

More sleeping beauties

Melin and Olivia, originally uploaded by alington.
Dollzone Melin and Elfdoll Olivia were pleased to get some photo time yesterday. I am finding I enjoy the challenge of combining larger and smaller scale dolls, and I'm trying to find creative ways to take photos of both scales together.

You can check out the rest of the photoshoot on Flickr.

Now, before my house really falls to pieces around me, I'd better get back to work!

Amy, blushed.

Amy, blushed., originally uploaded by alington.
I've finally taken the time to sand all of SoulDoll Amy's seam lines. She had a lot. She's a white skin SoulKid (about 43 cm). After sanding, I couldn't leave her bare, so I followed up with a very subtle blushing.

You can see the full results on my Flickr photostream. She's dressed here in an outfit designed for DeeAnna Denton called Dreams of Tomorrow (Tonner Doll Company). Eyes are acrylic (Glib) in Iced Tea, and wig is Pretty Girl in carrot (Monique Gold).

New Kio Studio wigs available at MFD

Available now from My Favourite Doll in Canada, you can be the first to add some of these fantastic new wigs to your collection. Created by Kio Studio, these wigs are some of the most unique wigs you will find for your fashion dolls and ball-jointed beauties.
Available in three sizes: size 4 (for Barbies, Fashion Royalty dolls, and others in similar sizes), 4-5 (for Sybarites, AvantGuards and other similar sizes) and 8-9 (55-60" SD sized BJDs, American Model by Tonner Doll, and other similarly sized dolls), you can choose from several different highly styled colored looks.
The wigs are ready-to-wear, but can also be styled (and re-styled) with water or hair gel. The retail prices range from $15.95 - $24.95, depending on the style and size, which are quite competitive.

Marbled Halls Alice in Wonderland outfits

Connie Lowe at Marbled Halls gave us a sneak peek at two limited edition Alice in Wonderland outfits for SD-sized girls which will be released at IDEX (at the end of January). Contact her if you'd like more information, or if you'd like to be put on a waiting list for one of these lovely outfits.

In addition, she has some unique Alice-themed eyes planned for release as well. I've seen them, but was asked to keep them a surprise. I'm very excited about them!

Olivia

Olivia, originally uploaded by alington.
Elfdoll Olivia, taking a rest. It's been a busy Christmas. She's little--14 cm (about 5.5"). Dress by Clochette of Pixiedust Designs.

I have to confess, I'm bummed to be taking down the Christmas tree today. It makes such a fun background!

Anya by Kim Lasher

Anya, originally uploaded by alington. "You did what??"

I told Anya she would be getting a big sister soon--and that inspired the following photo story. (I have the new SD-sized doll on order, and she is due to arrive in February or March.)

"Does my hair look all right?"

"I'll certainly welcome any new doll into my heart and home!"

"In fact, I'm so excited, I'll do a little happy dance and blow her a kiss!"
