Another wonderful one-of-a-kind outfit by the talented Carol Peters, this is Prudence Moody as Marie Antoinette.

I understand Carol was inspired by Val Zeitler's Young Marie collection, as featured in Haute Doll Magazine a few years ago. (It was a collection created for Sky, a Peak's Woods BJD, and what inspired my very first BJD purchase.) Carol created her own French Court Petit Trianon cotton day dress of this lovely floral print, trimmed with lace, ribbon and roses.

She even created a wig for Prudence as well. See the cute little blue bird, peeking through the top?

Here is a lovely one-of-a-kind outfit, designed by Carol Peters and modeled by Ellowyne Wilde. Victorian inspired, in a burnout velvet print and red shantung with lots of velvet ribbon detail, Ellowyne looks her very best.

I love the detail of the velvet purse and the fringed hat.

High End Envy Erin S - W Club Exclusive

I'm thrilled to announce the lovely first exclusive W Club doll of the year, High End Envy Erin S. She retails for $115 and is expected to deliver in the summer of 2012. The doll is limited to W Club members only, one per membership.

She "features a brand new refreshed likeness" and slightly older looking facial screening, I think, with aqua eyes and red lips. Her red rooted red hair with a few brunette streaks adds drama. She's dressed in a fun chiffon dress with pleating.

Her accessories are very cool--with gold faux snakeskin heels and lucite straps on her shoes, to the dramatic clutch with pink accents, bracelets, earrings and a ring is also included.

In the latest newsletter from Magia 2000, a photo of a charity auction doll from the Grant A Wish convention (this year in Detroit) was released.

In honor of Melissa Windham and the help of her husband Joe, the designers used Melissa's fabric for this tribute doll. The doll will be available for auction this weekend at GAW.

Notes from IT about the latest release...

Questions answered by IT about the latest release:

• Kyori has the regular FR skin tone.
• All the dolls in the FR2 collection have black hair. There have no decisions made at this time regarding additional dolls for 2012.
• Will we see a new AA doll on the FR2 body? Not at this time.
• Adele has her original skin tone.
• The green hand issue (for tanned dolls) has been brought up with the factory, and IT is currently looking into it.
• City Girl and Backstage Line were IT Direct exclusives, and were not part of a line.
• The Vampire body was not released this season, but it may be seen again.
• Poppy Parker will feature dolls from the beginning to the end of the 1960s. There will be more dolls from the beginning of the 1960s for those of you who loved her original facial screening, too.
• There is a possibility of Color Infusion making an appearance this year.
• Misaki might also make an appearance.
• Luchia uses a different sculpt--and not Isha's sculpt. The Fashion Night Out sculpt was originally intended for Luchia. The FNO dolls have no defined character. Luchia makes her new debut here.
